BICYCALL

BicyCall is a service of the Ciclovia del Sole. It consists in a service of bicycle rescue and bicycle taxi, which comes to the aid of cyclists when they face a problem along the cycle path. The Bicycall service aims to respond to both emergencies and user needs thanks to a transport and rescue service. In particular, the service deals with two aspects: the first is that of a bicycle rescue, that is, responding to an emergency request; the other is that of a cycle taxi which intervenes when the user requests to be transported to a certain place on the route or outside it. The user uses a call center that he can contact when he wants.
